Can you give us 3-5 keywords that describe your business?
Who is your target audience?

Look and Feel: Tell us about the look and feel you have established or envision for your marketing materials.

Do you have any standard colors? Do you like them or are you interested in a change? If you have standard colors, do you have a Pantone or HTML number for the colors?
Do you have a logo?
What colors and typefaces are in your logo?
What feel do you envision for your site? Technical, warm, modern, retro, trendy, classic, something else?
Please provide a sampling of websites or other marketing materials that give a similar feel to what you are looking for in your own site.

Your Content: Tell us about the content for your site.

Do you know what pages you want to create?
Some ideas include: Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery, Testimonials, Questions, Location
What services or products do you provide?
Do you know what text content you want to include? Please provide all text content in digital form – text file, word document, or directly in the body of an email.
Do you know what images you want to use? Please provide all images and artwork in digital form, in any of the following formats: jpg, png, ai, psd, tiff, pdf.
Ensure that all images are a minimum of 72dpi at the size you want them to display.
What is your business contact information? (Name, address, phone, fax, email, directions, etc)

Technical Information: Tell us about the technical specifications of your site.
